The US and Israel Receive Public Relation Miracles

“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.” – JFK
Last week, Israeli Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilnai declared a ‘greater shoah’ (holocaust) on Gaza and then the Israeli Defense Force proceeded to slaughter more than 100 Palestinians (mostly civilians). Even with a kill ratio of 100 Palestinians to one Israeli, the House of Representatives managed to pass Res. 951, Condemning the ongoing Palestinian rocket attacks on Israeli civilians by Hamas, essentially approving of, and validating the Israeli mass murder of Palestinians. However, the damage had already been done. The world was outraged.
Earlier this week, world outrage again ensued after an internet video surfaced which showed a US marine stationed in Iraq throw a yelping puppy off a cliff. Neo-Conservative pundits, bloggers and talk show hosts struggled to spin the video by saying that either the puppy was fake (or already dead), or that the marine killed the puppy due to the constant stress of failed Iraq War.
Then, as if right on cue, both Israel and the US found themselves on the receiving end of terror attacks. In Jerusalem, an Arab gunman managed to breach security and killed eight Jewish students in a Jewish seminary. Hamas praised the shootings, but stopped short of claiming responsibility for them.
Back in the US, a bicyclist allegedly detonated a bomb in front of a military recruitment station in Time Square New York, but harming no one. Originally, the media was quick to blame anti-war activists because one activist sent as many as 100 letters to Congress claiming “we did it” in response to the 2006 elections. It has been now been confirmed that the letters were not linked to the bombing. With no fresh leads on the case the FBI are simply blaming the attacks on “chaos-crazed anarchist groups,” with little to evidence to back up the allegation. Geraldo Rivero has allegedly gone a step further and blamed the 9/11 Truth Movement on bombing!
The attack in Israel is skeptical as well. For instance, this attack was the first attack in Jerusalem since a suicide bomber killed eight people on Feb. 22, 2004. How was this allowed to happen after four years of relative peace in Jerusalem? The Washington Times reported on a Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) study which claimed that the Israeli Mossad “has the capability to target U.S. forces and make it look like a Palestinian/Arab act.” The study also called the Mossad “ruthless and cunning,” so the Mossad could certainly stage a shooting and blame Arabs.
All and all, the governments of the US and Israel are both losing the information war. They are both losing the grip they once had on the control of information and they cannot continue to run their criminal operations without the public becoming aware of them. Ironically, the both governments share common enemies, at least within the US: the anti-war movement and the 9/11 truth movement. Both governments, have in the past, staged terror attacks and blamed their enemies. You figure out the rest.
